We all have that sad feelings and thoughts on a Sunday night when you remember its Monday tomorrow and weekend is over😒. It can be hard and tricky launching you again in work-mode, but with right motivation and mentality, you can get your week off to the perfect start. #1 Tip Prepare On Friday

Monday are usually very busy days - catching up after the weekend and preparing for another busy week. On the Friday before, make sure any work that you started has been finished, meaning there will be no unfinished work to deal with when you start back on Monday.

#2 TipMake a to-do list 

Yes, I say this in every blog of mine, so you can understand how effective it is. You can make a to-do list for your upcoming week on Friday itself or on Sunday night before sleeping, so that you don’t feel overwhelmed on Monday without knowing what you have to do.



#3 TipGet enough sleep

Make sure you get enough sleep on Sunday night, it can increase your productivity level for the Week. Get up at the time your body feels the best and most energetic, but make sure to have 8 hours sleep every time.

#4 Tip Make Your Bed

This may sound like…Seriously?!… Why do I have to do that...? After all I am again going to sleep on it and make it messy again. But trust me, making your Bed as soon as you wake up, can make you a bit fresh and more energetic and can increase your focus and productivity level.

 #5 Tip Workout and Meditation

Some people think that skipping Meditation and Workout on Monday is Okay and it will not impact your week, but it will impact. Starting your week with a good Workout and meditation can make your whole week productive, also make you feel fresh and motivated and can help you do all your important and hard things on Monday.

 #6 Tip Listen To Podcasts 🎧

Every Morning after listening to a GOOD podcast can make you motivated and inspired.πŸ˜‰ You can try listening to podcasts while workout.

Make sure that you complete all the hard tasks of your week on Monday or Max to max Tuesday, as usually they are the ones that you procrastinate on and end up doing none of them. Doing this can make you feel happy, less stressed and accomplished at the start of your week and you will then feel motivated for the rest of your week because you have no hard things to do.
