Some Tips To Make You Productive

                                                                   Don't Be Busy, Be Productive
Sometimes, We think that being productive means being busy. Guess What? You Are Wrong!! In fact, being productive means doing things that makes you happy and cheerful and brings you closer to your goals. Before you read this blog, remember: " Be Kind To Yourself And Your Mistakes."
You can’t expect to be productive overnight and to achieve the goals you have to be productive and organized. So here I'm telling You some tips to be productive and organized to achieve your goals.
1) Make A To-do List

Firstly, make a to-do list. While making it, remember that you don't make it too lengthy. Instead what you can do is, take a similar type of tasks together and make a different section for them. For example, if you have Clean Your Closet and Clean Your Room, then put it together in one section and do it in one go, because both your mind and body are in " WORK MODE ", So you don't have to go to work mode again and you can strike off tasks from your list simultaneously.
Choose any 3 tasks from your list that you HAVE TO strike-off today, and first concentrate on those, after you complete them, then if you have time to do the remaining tasks then you can go ahead and complete those.
There are so many tasks in your list that you can strike off immediately, For example, if you have " Do Your Laundry" in your list then do it right now and strike it off, by doing this your list will not have too many tasks and you will not feel overburdened after seeing so many tasks to complete.
⦁ Make Only up to 4-6 tasks for each day - It might not sound like a lot, but if you focus on writing down the three most important things you need to do today, you might find it's actually plenty. Over time, track how many tasks you check off each day and you'll get a sense of your maximum. Once you know your max, you can limit your daily tasks to a reasonable number.
Once you complete your 3 important tasks, give yourself a small treat, be it a scoop of ice cream or be it anything that makes you feel fresh and happy.

2) STOP multi-tasking

It's easy to get distracted and try to work on multiple tasks, but the reality is, it makes you LESS productive.
Now, By saying Stop multitasking, I don't mean to actually stop it. You can do multitasking for things that don't need your full attention. For Example, If you are Eating Your Lunch, you can listen to an audiobook or a podcast simultaneously. Or, If you are riding your cycle then you can listen to music. This type of Multitasking is Okay.

3) Take Breaks

Taking Breaks can actually increase your productivity. By not taking breaks and doing one thing for hours you can only experience greater loss and stress.
Taking a 5 minutes break every hour or 30 minutes break few times a day, just remember that use that time to rest your mind and body.

 4) Get enough Sleep

At least 8 hours of sleep is essential for healthy brain function.
You Can Try some Bed-time Yoga to have a proper sleep.

5) Sleep Early, Wake Up Early

⦁Waking Up early reduces stress level.
⦁Sleeping Early and Waking Up Early also increases concentration and memory power too.
⦁If You are a beginner, start with waking u at 7am, then after the 1-week switch to 6am, this will not disturb your sleep cycle.
⦁Remember, If you want to wake up early, then you have to sleep early.

6) Eat Healthily

This will keep energy levels high and make you even more productive.

7) Assign Due Dates

Assign Due Dates for tasks that are very important and you have to complete them on time. This will help you complete them on time.
But remember, only assign deadlines for the important ones and not for others because eventually, you will ignore them, and then by mistakenly you will even ignore the important ones.

8) Drink plenty of Water

Drinking-Water keeps you hydrated
Always keep a bottle on your desk

9) Keep Your working space clean and well organized

Get rid of all the distracting things you have on your desk, and only keep the things you need while you work.

10) Exercise and Meditate

I recommend starting your day with exercise and Meditation, this can help you to be fresh throughout your day and keep you healthy.
You can go Running, Walk, Cycling or do exercise at home, it's your choice.

11) Take Out Time For Yourself.

At this time, You can do anything you wish to do, be it sleeping, Watching TV, Watching YouTube, OR anything you would like to do.
Taking A Long Break Can Freshen You Up.

12) Use the Pomodoro technique while working

If You struggle with getting focused, you can use the Pomodoro technique.
The Pomodoro Technique uses a timer to break down your work into intervals of 5 or 15 min breaks, the working time is usually 25 minutes but you can change it if you want. If you prefer working for 40 minutes at a time, that’s fine too. Every time you complete four working periods, you should take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.
It’s a simple technique that can make a big impact on your work.

13) You can read quotes for motivation

This works best for me. Whenever I read a quote, I feel motivated and Inspired.
After Reading quotes, you feel energetic and you start doing Productive things, you can use the time, when you feel motivated to complete your biggest tasks of the day, and when you start feeling a bit low and bored take a break.

The techniques above don’t need a big-time commitment and you can put them in place today. See what works for you and what doesn’t. If focusing is your problem, try methods like the Pomodoro technique. If you’re having trouble motivating yourself, manage your energy better. And if you don’t have enough hours in a day, narrow down and work on the right things.
But Off All, Remember to Be Free, And Live Life Fully.

Thank You!! Hope It's Helpful!
