Review Time! - Wonder by R.J. Palacio

Wonder by R.J. Palacio - Book Review

Quote of the Day -

" A goal without a plan is just a wish. "

- Antoine de saint

This book is written by R.J. Palacio. I love how positively she has written this book.

I would like to rate this book 10/10.

Auggie just wants to be treated normally.

Wonder is about a 5th grader boy named, August Pullman a.k.a Auggie. In this book, Auggie is born with a facial deformity that stops him from going to a real school. He is homeschooled by his mother until the 5th grade when he enrols at Beecher Prep. This story covers his first year of school.

This book provides multiple kid's perspectives about a deformed kid. This book describes the difficulty of being different and about true friendship and kindness.

Some bullies call Auggie weird names, but eventually, he learns to love himself the way he is.

He and his family suffer a lot but also experience good moments. I am really touched by how Auggie gets through every moment and is happy at the ending.

I also like how Auggie loves Star Wars, just like how I like Harry Potter!!
I personally also like Julian's Grandmere's story.

And for the overall review, I would like to rate this book 10/10.
So, be sure to read this book. It teaches a lot.
