How to not care about other peoples thoughts on you!!

Hey all! So, It's been a while since I uploaded my last blog. I had my exams going on so I was studying hard and thought of taking a pause from blogging for some days so that I could give more time to studying. So, now my exams are over and I'm now again going to post every Saturday at 6pm IST. So stay tuned! 

Nowadays, we all are too conscious about how we look, how we think, what we do in front of other people. We worry about what other people will think if we do this or that! And we end up not doing that thing, but deep inside, you REALLY wanted to do that but you were conscious about what others will think of you.

There are many ways to not think about others opinions of you. But the best way is to set the mindset that "This is your life, and if you think about others thoughts, then you are living your life, but in their way. So, you are not LIVING your life" 

Here are some tips:

1. Know that no one cares

- We always think that everyone care, but the truth is, no one cares and everyone is busy in their own life, just like you are. So, do whatever you want to do!! 

2. Love yourself
 
- To not think about others opinions, first be sure that you love yourself and your thinking. If you don't love yourself, no one else is gonna like you and so they will judge you. So, love yourself and do it! 

3. Believe in yourself. 

- Just believing in yourself, can make you do great things. If you are not confident in yourself, no one else would be. If someone says you are not capable of doing something, tell yourself that 'You can do this!' 'You are strong enough to do it!'. There is no need to tell them all this, just tell yourself and believe you can! 

4. Their opinion is only that - A OPINION

- Others opinion of you doesn't matter. Only your opinion on yourself matters. Their opinion is just a 'take if you feel it's right or leave if it wrong for you.' 

So, basically, your mindset matters. The mindset you will keep will reflect in your actions. It will give you a certain way to look at the world. 
And remember, at the end of the day, what you think matters, what you do matters.
